Giving

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

- Matthew 6:21

Why we give.

The act of giving changes us, making us more like our generous God
who gave the most precious gift, His son Jesus, to die on the cross for our sins.

GOD is generous and has called us to be as well.
By the giving of our substance of which God has graciously provided us,
we show the world where our heart is through our generosity.

God Loves a Cheerful Giver.

6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.

Our Confession

Heavenly Father you said in Luke 6:38
When I give it shall be given to me.
Good measure, pressed down,
shaken together and running over,
shall men give into my bosom
For with the same measure that I mete,
It shall be measured to me again.
Therefore, my life is filled with abundance.
I am a tither.
Because I am a good steward of God's money,
I am able to lend and not borrow.
I have enough to pay my bills,
give to support the Kingdom of God,
laborers in the ministry, And those in need.
Thank you Father for bringing me from credit to cash,
so that I may live a more abundant
debt free life,
in Jesus' name, AMEN!
